There is a state of wellbeing that lives within each of us. It is the sadhana or spiritual practice of living in harmony with nature’s pulse that helps us to evoke this innate sense of physical, emotional, and spiritual balance.

When we embrace rituals that create harmony in our daily life, feed both body and mind with care, and tap into our intuitive ability to support our unique nature, we reconnect with our true self: that which is balanced, energetic, fulfilled, able to fulfill its dharma or purpose in life, and on a forward-moving path of evolution.

It’s important to understand that our imbalances are not our true self.

Underrated symptoms like gas and bloating, lethargy, heaviness, constipation, pms, irregular cycles, low energy, anxiety, and lack of purpose show that our internal energies (what ayurveda calls doshas) are off kilter. These imbalances need not be our permanent reality. Living a life which is harmonious with the nature around us and harmonious with our own unique nature (what ayurveda calls prakriti) can help us to resolve imbalances and prevent them from returning.

Through ayurveda, I’ll guide you toward a refreshing way of self-care that establishes lasting wellbeing. This is not a quick fix program or crash diet or temporary cover up of imbalances, but a journey of finding your own unique expression of physical, emotional, and spiritual balance. Once you reach your natural state of equilibrium, I’ll teach you how to maintain it throughout life’s unpredictable cadence.

Our work together begins with three months of one-on-one sessions. Change is not always easy, and I’m here to guide and support you along the way. We’ll clarify how you want to feel, what changes you’re willing to make, and how to implement them in a sustainable way. We’ll figure out what’s not working for you and replace it with what does–including wholesome foods, daily rituals and rhythms, yoga, meditation, mindful movement and breathwork.

Our work together will include:

  • A 2-hour, in-person initial consultation. We’ll discuss your health history, what you’re experiencing now, and what changes you’d like to manifest in the future. We’ll dig deep to find and eliminate the root causes of your imbalance.
  • A personalized wellness plan which will grow and evolve throughout our work together. All aspects of your lifestyle are taken into account so that change is realistic and sustainable.
  • 2 additional 1-hour, in-person sessions.
  • 4 additional 30-minute phone sessions.

In these follow-up sessions, we’ll adjust your treatment as needed and layer in new practices. These could be ayurvedic yoga or breathwork, meditation or mindful eating habits, bedtime rituals or morning self-care. These are not temporary but forever practices; tools that you can continue with throughout your life to evoke your own inner healer.

Your investment: $220/month for 3 months ($660 total)

Ayurveda is a journey. You’ll feel its positive effects within three months, and you can continue to work within this wisdom for the rest of your life. My goal is to educate you on how to reach and maintain your unique state of balance so that you are in control of your own wellness. We can meet as many times as you like to get there. Follow up consultations are 1 hour and $110.
